The absolute worst cleaning service I have ever seen and even worse customer service!
I booked a move-out clean of my small condo in Vancouver. After paying for 2 cleaners for 2 hours to tidy up before my tenant moved in I was shocking when I arrived to find only my bathtub, sink and 2 kitchen cupboards were cleaned. All of the floors throughout the condo, the ledges, fridge, carpet, microwave were completely untouched.
I contacted customer service and sent them 9 photos of the untouched areas of my small condo to request some sort of compensation. After 2 weeks going back and forth they explained their cleaners didn't have enough time to finish and offered me half my money back for compensation. Its a 630 sq ft condo so I have no idea what 2 cleaners did for 2 hours. I was satisfied they were going to provide some sort of refund then 1 week later I was contacted from someone else explaining they could not refund anything and they still have not replied to me a month later.
This is the 1st review I have ever written as I would not want anyone else to waste their time with this terrible company. SAVE YOUR MONEY! USE ANYONE ELSE! These cleaners are horrendous and their customer service will do nothing for you.
Extremely frustrated Vancouver customer.
