Opt-Out by FAX does not work. Not only does their people data aggregator make removal of your name much harder to do than is typical of the industry (no email for opt-out, no phone to call), but the FAX number provided just rings and rings with no answer. The only other methods is sending them a letter, with no assurance that they will do anything about it. The Opt-Out form also requests a lot of personal information including a copy of your driver's license. Damage is difficult to quantity, so I just put down an arbitrary value.
