I ordered Ted Baker Elenna Embellished Midi Dresses Red Online. I cancelled the order on 18 September because it was too late and the shipping wasn’t in time.As a result they confirmed a shipment on 18 September several hours later (the shipment was 2 days later - the tracking shows date 20 Sept) after the order was cancelled and they informed me about the cancelling. ). THE DRESS HAS NOTHING, NOTHING SIMILAR WITH MY ORDER. NO REAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING BACK! NO RETURN FORM! THE BARCODE OF THE PARCEL IS ONLY FROM ROYAL MAIL! NOTHING! Here is the adress:linyongbin

All my efforts to get my money back and to return this insulting dress failed. I wrote may be more than 100 letters and the answer always was one and the same:"Soon, you can receive, please wait for a few days".
