I have ordered a pair of boots from www.semakeup.it
According to it address it looks like it is located in Italy.
I have paid 115.75 EURO for the boots via fristpay.com
On 13 Oct I have got a letter from the custom-house that I must pay 33.45 EURO as VAT as the parcel is from China (I have contacted the seller about this issue and was assured that they will issue a refund of this fees)
After payment was made I have got my package and was shocked of what I have got. Some kind of ugly PU boots, absolutely not like in the picture on the site.
I was shocked
There is no response from the seller at all.
I have also contacted fristpay.com but have not got any answer, too
My total loss is about 149.2 EURO (165.26 USD)
