I purchased a dress and pants and they never arrived. I must have sent them 10 emails to no avail. Their excuse was, "they must have gotten lost since they had to come a long way from China". I demanded my money back in all my emails and their reply was, "we can't do that until November 5th so that we give it time to get to your home. Now that is two extra months more than they needed to get it here to begin with. I insisted on a full refund. Their reply: "how about we give you half back now and if it still doesn't arrive by Nov 5th we will give you your money" I refused and demanded money. Never heard from them again despite my many more emails.
