These people must think the world is full of idiots. I believe they are all at 751 S. Weir Canyon RD# 157406 Anaheim Hills, CA 92808. Mr.Bryan Mosely threatened me, harrassed me and generally let me know that I was going to pay him for a debt not owed. They even had social security numbers. They said it was an old Chase Bank credit card. That card was paid off in 2009 and now Coastline and Associates are trying to get me to settle for over three thousand dollars. If I can't do that they will take it in two payments of over $1500 each. Then a process server calls. He is in my town. He is going to serve papers. I told him to come ahead and confirmed the address. He back-paddled and said that he would give me a three hour window. When I asked to meet him, he said that he couldn't give me his location. Idiot. What process server calls and tells you they are coming to serve papers? I then call Coastline and when I tell Mr. Mosely that I am recording the call, he tells me it is illegal and immediately hangs up. This happens three times. Then, his supervisor, Ray Stewart call and tries to elicit a "deal". He becomes irate and hangs up. I told him the second time he called back, to send the process server. He said, "you know, it is such a great amount,($19,000, according to him) that he is willing to send me a 1099C IRS form stating a charge off. Mr. Stewart reiterated several times that the IRS would be receiving the notice. I told him to go ahead and send the form. I could handle that. He began to back paddle again. At this point, my daughter took my phone. She is a legal person and when she started stating the legal aspect of what he was doing, he told her that obviously she was hostile. He hung up on her. This is briefly what has gone on since May. The person that started this is no longer with the company. Makes me wonder why.
