We had contracted with Evergreen Forest Products to remove timber from our property in Georgia. We had a signed contract with them. The agreement was that they would pay us as the timber was harvested. They were also to provide us copies of the weigh tickets. James Weldon Jr. stripped our property of MORE than was agreed upon and never paid us a penny. Due to a major medical emergency in our family, we were unable to check the property while this was occurring. We have filed a complaint with the Office of District Attorney in the area. He is currently in jail awaiting trial. If you also have been "scammed" by this man, we urge you to come forward and also press charges. Contact the DA's office in your county!
