I came across this site advertised on facebook click the link which the website seem to be selling ugg boots for decent cheap prices and better prices then the actual offical UggsAustralia.com website so i purchased three boots which came to a total of $350.00 when i went to check my balance after purchasing on their site they did not charge me $ 350.00 which appeared on their checkout after completing the order,but instead charged my card the first time $ 363.54 and also addition $ 10.91. I tried getting a hold of them which had no customer services number on their website but a customer service link with led me to box which i had to fill out my email and also sending out my comment then press send. I got hold of the owner email for the website which is [email protected] when i signed up to make purchase.They finally replied back in two days with a reponse saying im sorry but they did charge my card $350 dollars with a screenshot of the order total of $350 but also stated that the bank which they claim HSBC bank must of did a error and charge me addition fees and channel fees. The next day they force transaction of $374.87 without my knowledge of it are permission so they took a total of $749.40 from my account and left me with a negative balance of $-160.63. I emailed them again they have not repied to my emails nor have they refunded me or sent me any reciept or shipping and tracking details. I tried logging back on their site and they wiped out my purchase and logging information for me to see. (Www.ggus.top) is a fake website advertising and pretending to sell ugg boots at cheap price to get peoples account information once they do that they wipe out your account clean making several transaction in a day,and once you realize this and try tracking them down they no longer email you back leaving you confuse, angry, dissapointed with no refund nor do you ever see or recieve your purchase from them
