Actually no money has been extracted from me. This has been happening since the Ashley Madison Affairs website was hacked. I've gotten numerous - not quite daily, but sometimes more than one on a day - threats to expose me if I don't make bitcoin payments of various sizes - some in the low hundreds of dollars some as high as $1,250. Latest ones are getting nastier, now accusing me of making a woman pregnant and using obscene language, along with usual threats of exposing me. I would say over the past three months, these messages have numbered over 50. I also got one notice of a prize award to claim from sharingservices and another for some other type of scam. So perhaps because I am not responding to the Ashley Madison threats, they are trying others in their bag of scams.
