I ordered 3 eye shadow palettes from Rebecca Villard's Shop Till You Drop Boutique and have never received my items. I asked for a refund in July of 2015, then she convinced me to wait a little longer for the arrival of the items, then again asked for a full refund on August 23, 2015. She has never refunded my purchase.
I believe that Rebecca is a complete fraud. She says that she was "overwhelmed" by orders and could not keep up with the demand. If this is true, one should avoid doing business with her anyway because she will never make delivery on her word, her product, or a refund.
I filed a claim against her with my credit card company and will be receiving a refund in this manner. Don't do business with her.
