I was trying to get my computer to speed up. I downloaded a quick fix and authorized five US dollars and some change. Later that day, I noticed that $80.14 was charged to my PayPal debit card. I disputed it that same day and have now been told by PayPal that they are closing the investigation and my dispute is denied because I did not contact the company and beg for my money back basically. I'm even more angered when I find many other people have been duped by this company also. This company defrauds people.
