I was called twice from an unknown number. Person on the phone urged me to send in $250 for a grant. This grant was supposed to be from the Federal Reserve Bank. He told me he would not give me the person I was to be sending my money to & I should wait 30 mins after sending my $250 "to be registered for the 9,200 that was to be a grant the Federal Reserve Bank wants to issue me. They then transferred me to a "supervisor" who's number was 315-557-0557 ext.112, named Allen. He asked me if I had $250 cash & wanted me to run to the western union immediately. I already knew it was a scam. I told him I had to research this offer because I have never heard of a grant that I would have to pay for!
