I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online which normally costs 117.06€ but 128.58€ was debited from my bank account.
I asked them to make the necessary refund immediately after learning about it but they asked me to wait for the arrival of my orders.
But today, I received items which were not the one's I ordered, plus they were not original.
I don't know if I will be refunded of the amount I lost with this shipment.
Any help, please?
