I purchased 2 tickets that they said were $81 each. I ended paying $313 and change. When I complained they said I agreed to the charges on the check out page but at no point was I shown a page even vaguely similar to the one that they sent me a screen shot of. I would never agree to pay grossly inflated service charges. I paid $313 CDN for tickets that are worth (and still available for sale at) $56 CDN each.
At no point was I informed what the charges would be, they just took the money from my visa. I do not have that kind of money to spend. How is what they do legal?
