Using my credit card, with my permission, my daughter purchased one of their rollers online. The sales person promised to have it to her by that Sunday. After the transaction another person from the company said there was no way to get the machine to my daughter. On that same day, we cancelled the order and my daughter purchased a Roller from a local place. Cali-Rollers, located in San Diego, would not refund me my money. the total purchase price was 800 dollars. after a month of e-mails and phone calls, I received 480 dollars into my account. I e-mailed them and told them I was willing to receive payments for the balance but I am not getting any response. I have left voice mails also to no avail.

I disclose my daughter was rude to them but I always treated them as professionals. they broke their promise and are unethical
