They took over my computer; provided a phone no.; claimed to represent Microsoft.. Alex said they could fix computer for $800. I said not today. Asked them to return control of computer to me. Alex hung up. Computer was a mess. Alex called back. I told him he had me over a barrel and that I would pay the $800. They took money directly from checking account.
