Essence of Argan

On 11/7, 13/7 27/7 & 27/7 I was charged $128.20, $153.49, $136.99, $165.38, for product that I did not order totalling $584.06.

I contacted Essence of Argon and questioned them about the various amount charged on my credit account they said:
* I did not cancel my order, (I did not agree to purchase the product, just trial it and agreed to pay postage only).
* They said send the product back and I would be refunded.
* they sent further products and charged me another fee.
* I again contacted them and asked them not to charge my account as I did not want further product.
* I have returned the product once received.
* I have been struggling to get my refund however yesterday I receive $112.83 and $134.63.
Today I contact the company again they said they would refund more money but not the full amount and I would have to pay the postage.
* I asked them who was the company owner or director, they refused to give names and redirected me to their website.
