My situation is almost the same as Complaint 341288, except the place and damage.
They called directly to me, told url of a link that showed a form to input credit card number etc. The next day, they send an email with the invoice. The price on it is much higher than what I heard, then (finally?) I felt something fishy. So I informed them that I'll cancel the reservation, then they said that they offered a bit cheaper price. This is still much higher than what I heard, so I again emailed them to cancel it. They already charged me the deposit (25% of the total amount), which became the cancellation fee.
