James Weldon Agreed to pay us for timber he would harvest from our property. At the time, my husband was in SUCH in Birmingham firefighting for his life. Weldon took advantage of us during a very low time. He never paid us one penny and raped our property. We are currently waiting trial in Sumter County GA. He is dangerous and NOT to be trusted!
