Dear Customer Service Representative,
The charge against my bank account for $16.55 was made on August 12, 2015 and I notified my bank immediately that a fraudulent charge has been made against my account. Since I did not make any purchases of products your company makes,the bank instructed me to contact your company to see what the $16.55 payment was for and to please let me know how we can resolve this matter quickly.
