I ordered ONE Slice-O-Matic and they sent three and charged me for, of course, S&H and one other unit. I called about five minutes after opening my package and they offered $10.00 off ( for which I should count my blessings!) Now, this being the next day, the more I think about it, the madder I got, so I have been on hold for 45 minutes plus trying to get a shipping lable/or a credit. I was supposed to get one free but I told them I would be happy to send the free one back. I FINALLY got thru to them and she will give me five dollars more credit, but no shipping lable. Oh well! I sure learned my lesson. I will bet that they over ship the quantity t o everyone and they get one more sale out of the deal because they know that by the time the customer pays shipping, they will just accept the deal, like I did. I will neve again shop TV. They have ruined my experience. I am end stage cancer patient with mets to spine and cannot get out much to shop. They have surely taken advantage of we disabled, haven't they?
