I used McSoft Solutions (aka Sach Solution) to resolve a computer problem in Dec., 2014 & paid $150.00(tech. Steve Thomas) which I understood gave me free computer repair for 1 year. On July 18, 2015 I contacted 1-888-972-7156 w/a problem. I spoke w/ Peter Daniels who said they would have to reinatall all my programs and save all my data. I was informed this would cost $149.99. Work was completed, but I understand this should have been done at no charge. In fact when I rebooted the computer a notice flashed on the screen that this was a free service.
I was contacted today by someone representing my credit card asking if they should pay the $149.99. I feel that I have been scammed by this company. I am unsure as to whether or not I should allow this charge to be made against my account. Any comments?
