I manage a medical office in Hyde Park, NY. Three of our patients have called complaining that this agency is contacting them regarding dept to our office. We did not hire this agency to represent us, and these patients do not have outstanding balances. I called their office last week and was told that the person I needed to speak with was not in. No one has returned my call. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau.
