I never thought that I will come across such a situation of writing down the complaint. I had a very bad experience with the company called WRS International. Anyone who is in planning to start a deal with this company, please think twice before investing. I am not saying it’s a very bad company but it’s a very big risk you will be taking by applying through this company for countries like Germany, UK, and Russia etc. It all started with a German PDP that I have decided to apply with this company. The company’s director Mr. Mark Finlayson has given me enough information about what this program is all about. He was very friendly and approachable. He responded to all my mail instantly whenever I had any queries. He promised to refund the amount if any problem occurs. I completed German level B.1 from Goethe Institute as he asked me to do. According to the plan I paid the first instalment of 500GBP and started the process now things became somewhat uncomfortable, they were not able to find a hotel for me by the date that has been mentioned in the plan details. I started sending him mails, the response became a little late. After few days anyhow I found myself lucky to be placed in a hotel and got the offer letter in my hand. As per the plan I paid the second instalment of 2500GBP. I was very happy but my happiness again started to disappear as I had many other documents to get. Again the same procedure of sending mails and responding late started now the things turned some more complicated as he responded to my 5 long mails in one word(OK) or three words(IT WILL COME). After so many efforts finally few more documents came and that is when I came to know about Mr. Leander Hollweg of Tenman Prognosys who runs a placement co. from Germany. Mark Finlayson is working with Mr. Hollweg to place students. They asked me to take an appointment with the German Embassy and Mr. Hollweg provided me guidance on what to say and what not to during the interview. I went for the interview on 12th feb 2015. It was pretty good the officer was very much convinced with my answers. But by the end of Feb I got a letter from the embassy saying my Visa has been rejected as they feel that the Program that I am applying for isn’t right for me as I have already done Bachelors in Hotel Management. I told this to Mr. Finlayson and he said he will look into it. He said there is some misunderstanding so they will try to fix it from there. I waited again and got a mail from him saying because I haven’t completed B1 in German so the visa got rejected, which is not at all true. He promised in March 2015 that he will refund the amount. It got delayed. I have send him many mails. My Dad has send him many mails requesting him to refund the amount as we need to pay the loan. I have borrowed the money from my relative and now he has started asking for the money. My Dad is lying to him every time when he calls because we are still expecting the money from Mr. Finlayson. The last mail that I have received from Mr. Mark Finlayson said that he will return me the money by the end of June 2015. But since then he is missing. He is not responding to mine or my Father’s mails anymore. We are in a very bad situation. This thing has now became a nightmare for me. When spoke to my friends I came to know about several other guys who had a same experience still they are waiting for the money. I have send him many mails saying that we Indians are not rich. If we are paying you the amount that is only because of the trust you build among us. And that every single penny you take from us has a story to tell. It requires a lot of hard work to earn 10GBP in India. It might be a person’s monthly salary. So just think about 3000GBP. I request you all to be aware of such situations and act smart. Do not put your as well as your family member’s life at a risk. I hope Mr. Mark Finlayson will come up with a solution for it. I do not expect a single word answer this time.
