They are liars and thieves like everyone here says nothing we can do I have paid them $548.00 per month for 14 years thinking, as my policy states, 80-20 up to 10,000 after that they paid 100% up to $3,000,000 and never used them until this year and found out they paid nothing and I wound up owing after my $3000 deductible $133,000 hospital all they paid was $1500. I filed a complaint to Texas Dept of Insurance and got a email from Margit Heyer from that dept said she would look into it and have heard nothing why is there a dept of insurance if they will not even look at it. Buyer beware I will not let this go as I have hired an attorney and if you want in on it it will cost you nothing I am paying for everything just reply tp [email protected] and your name will be in the law suit against Southwest Service Life and Galaxy Health Network. Don't let these people get away with this.
