I have experienced the same crooked experience with Sundance HOA! They have charged us for a vehicle parked in front of our home and have at times refused to waive the fee. This HOA seems to be notorious for unethical business practices. I can't figure out what they do with the moneys as the general upkeep of the neighborhood is spiraling downhill in common areas. Residents need to get together and proceed with a civil suit against this company as their business practices are very questionable.
