I believe I have been scammed by this company and am in a real mess now. Tonight I called them and asked for a refund of the $700 they charged me to fix my computer because of a threat they told me that someone in Kansas was out to hack me, telling me all about cyber crime the FBI and went on and on that I was in trouble if I did not let them fix the problem which was going to cost $700 and also was going to be lifetime support that my computer would crash and be in jeopardy of having my identity stolen, this guy was pressuring me putting fear in me and wouldn't even let me think about this telling me it was a very serious matter that needed to be taken care of right away. Anyway, convincing me under this pressure I ended up agreeing and was charged. Let me not forget to add that back in Dec.2014 I had given them another $199 for 3yrs. and they started to tell me no it was only for one yr..so we went back and forth until they finally told me it was for the 3yrs. Anyway, I am now totally convinced that they have scammed me real good..an Indian guy (of course) telling me tonight that because the tech pressured me he would refund me $350 all of sudden..I am getting more & more frustrated with him and told him I have already called my credit card co. On this matter and he got real angry with me and started to blackmail me stating that if I do not accept his offer for half the refund he would ruin me where I could never have access to any Microsoft again. He said he was going to call me back tomorrow! Unreal!! Someone please tell me how they are getting away with doing this to people.
