I am sorry you had the experience that you did, but it is wrong to say that the CSBF is a scam. I have actually had a very good experience with the CSBF. When I was looking to get my business started, I applied to some of their programs. I will admit that it was very time consuming, but it definitely paid off. The reason I have my business today is because of CSBF. I would have never been able to afford starting up my business without them. You do have to pay a price for the service, but it pays off in the end. Like most working people, I did not have time to do these searches on my own, so paying to use CSBF was well worth my time and money as I was easily matched with grants that I was eligible for. I won a few of them, and was quickly able to accumulate enough to start my business.
