Purchased and downloaded PDF Suite 2015. After two weeks program stopped working. Rang the customer service number who wanted access to my computer so that he could 'fix' the problem. Said my computer was too slow and he needed to access the files. After a few minutes of seeing my files manipulated remotely, I terminated the call and shut down the computer. Hopefully no harm done. PDF Suite has disappeared and I have since downloaded Adobe which works perfectly.
