Taking a customer's money and not sending the purchased item is no less than stealing. I paid for a controller for my son at an outrageous cost with an equally outrageous delay delivery timeframe (7 to 9 weeks) and we are now into our fourth month of waiting. Emails and voice messages are ignored. There's no recourse. It's shocking that they can get away with this and yet I can't imagine a way to get them to make this right.
