i purchased a electrical dewey bike 1000 w. thatr was priced at almost 1,100.00 dollars and that included the battery and when the truck came all i got was the bvike and motor charger control panel . no letter to sighn no instruction except how to assemble the basic bike nothing about the electrical and nothing about getting the battery . i finally call them and first they told me to call another department the parts and sales dept. but that i had to waite till 10:30 this was 8:00 o'clock so i waited when the time came they then told me that there was a 45 minute waite and this keep going on all day. till finallty they told me that they where obn there last five call's. to try again another day or email them so i tried to email but each time it wouldn't go through its been three weejk i mailed them a letter last monday waiting for response.
