This person claimed his name was Jonathan Miller and He even gave me an address that he claimed he was at: 200 Independence Ave, Washington DC 20201. Tried very hard to convince me this was legitimate. Told me all I had to do was go to western union and he would stay on the phone with me and give me the information I needed. All I had to do was pay $200 to activate my ID number to get a $9,000 grant. Told me to go online to usagovernment.org and pull up their website. He could not explain why the webpage domain is for sell. I asked him if I contact the Federal Bureau of Investigations to inquire about the legitimacy of these government grants would I find out it is true. He didn't answer that question, only said I pulled up the wrong website. Said he will call back tomorrow. HA!
