the company was referred by website global tel link was told if I pay the fee I would be able to receive calls from an inmate Well I can't receive the calls and they won't refund my money as the web site says it will refund monies. I have tried to contact them regarding my refund and to cancel my account and have received no response. they will not give a phone number to reach them. They have deleted my account from the web site and will not answer my chats.
