My complaint is the same as the other 11. I ordered a free trial, postage only, only to find when I checked my credit card balance today that they billed my account $112.00 for something I didn't order. I just ordered the free trial. They put me over my credit limit in doing so. I am on a fixed income and this has just messed up my ability to have a phone. As I am disabled, this is a problem. I have spoken with my credit card company, and we are trying to work it out by declining the charge, currently pending. Still, do not ever anyone order any free trials from these people, all it does is give them your credit card number for billing for products you didn't order. I told them at the time of ordering the free trial, that that was all I was ordering and I would let them know if I wanted to start ordering as in having an account. Do not use them. It's a racket.
