A brand new RCA 40-inch flat panel TV, totally dead the first day it was plugged in. The screen doesn't even flicker. One thing this company does really well is the runaround. "We don't handle that, but I'll give you the correct number." They take you around a loop, with lots of hold time, and eventually you're back where you started. Upshot was they refused to provide any service, because I didn't have a purchase receipt. There wasn't a receipt because we won the TV in a raffle. Remember, folks this is not the real RCA. This is a Chinese company who bought the name.
