I signed up for a risk free trial. Term was to pay shipping. I received the product on the 14 day but I work out of town, returning on the 15th day. Just opened it up last night. Apparently they charged my credit card on the day I received it. I consider this a very risky trial because they were lax in sending it. Then they charge me before I get to use it.
This is bad business all the way around. I'm approaching a 3 day weekend but am sending product back. I will dispute charges.
