I have the same experience as the other negative complaint. Local PARC and Lighthouse "guaranteed" first-page placement, etc., but in order to find your company the consumer must basically already know your company and keywords to search; the website designed was amateurish and not mobile-friendly as promised. Had existing website that was fine and only wanted old website searchable and mobile-friendly but received neither. Did not receive responsive technical support and phone # for localparc.com does NOT go to a live customer-service rep, it just rings and cuts off. Local PARC and Lighthouse is, in my opinion a major scam!!!! Save your money and do NOT use these companies!!!
