This company's policies should be examined. Because as they were undergoing diagnostic overhalls (I guess) and their services were down, they did not credit their customers for these outages. For instance, during the Holiday (4th of July) there was some wind damage that effected my service and the next day, while my wife was in the hospital, there wasn't any service and it was very uncomfortable not being able to communicate. Nevertheless, instead of compensating for this we (the service is in her name, however) were billed a late fee ($25.00 on each service [internet & phone]) due to not being able to pay (our bills are paid online) on time. As a result, we have fallen behind and the bills are too much for our budget.

  • I wanted to submit the damages that were documented on my credit card but since Clearwire continued to debit my account on their automatic debit system (which I had agreed to and was good, at first) I changed cards. I could get the same report from my wife's online banking report but I can't get it onto the website window. However, this statement is true.
