This company is committing fraud every single day with it's elite program. Under their elite guidelines they promise certain things/items to be delivered as part of the program. They also promise that you will receive early access to seasonal rooms for one week before it opens to "public". You are placed in rooms according to levels. I was in the "mid range" levels when I signed up as I was interested in seeing how the elite program worked and wanted to play the new seasonal room(Beauty and the Beast). Rarely during the week's preview did I get to play as there has to be 5 players in a room to open up the cards. I complained on the Buffalo Studios forum and my post was deleted. I sent in tickets that were never answered. There is also an elite "forum" for elite players. There is post after post after post of people in there who have payed for elite but not getting the "elite perks" that they are promised on a daily and monthly basis. Their complaints are brushed off and they are either told to stop complaining or the "tech team is working on it". This company needs to answer for the fraud they are committing.
