I thought that it was a the US postal service. I wanted to change my address. They had me fill in credit card info but didn't say how much it would cost. $39.95 for one transaction and when I made a correction to the address they charged me again. The contact information and customer service on the site are false!They do not exist. It does say how much it will cost and that they are not affiliated with the postal service on the bottom of the site in small, faded print.
