On February 6, Ray Najera with CCR Construction wrote up a contract for tile work in my kitchen and a slab of concrete in the backyard. I gave Mr. Najera a check for $2,000.00 for materials and the rest would be paid at completion. Since then Mr. Najera has failed to show up to all scheduled appointments. I filed a Small Claims on 03/20/2015, and came to find out that the address he has listed with the BBB is not a valid address. I have spoken with Mr. Najera several times and claims he is waiting for a credit for the materials he ordered for the job in question. That has been his response since April, that he is waiting to be credited for the materials so that he can return my money.
