Box 77167 Fort Worth, TX 78177 The bottle has the company name as Lean Bean Dallas, TX 800.753.9202 call it and they will try to get you to continue your ordering and then put you back on hold to talk to someone else as of this writing the phone call has lasted almost 30 minutes.
