I purchased a microsoft dump which was supposed to be downloadable content, but was never available to download. I complained several time and eventually someone sent me some unrelated content via email.

I complained to paypal but they do not provide support for digital content. In the dispute the site owner said I had downloaded the content already.... liar

As for the registered address in Haslemere.. I was so mad at this point that I drove there to to get my money back in person. No offices, just residential addresses, none of which matching the description in the contact us section.

Thankfully my credit card company did a charge back and I got my money back of these clowns.

I suspect that this is not a UK based firm at all but more likely someone overseas just taking money of people on paypal (judging by the terrible written English in the Paypal dispute)

If you havent guessed it alrady I'm strongly recommending you stay away from this 'company'
