I was searching for a room online. Dailed the 1-800 number on LaQuinta site it was a third party from reservation desk .com not only can u not understand them very well but I. Asked for a pet friendly motel with a smoking room after 30 plus min. On the phone we secured a reservation at La Quintals we were to pay for it right then over the phone with a credit card doing so we went to check in and as it turns out all the info he gave us was wrong so we didnt Check in'we called the number back to get a refund due to wrong information on their part since then we have called them well over 30 times been hung up on and passed around from Honduras to Guatemala with no refund . all we wants is our money back from them thieves.
