Biogenist/Hydravella is a complete scam. I clicked a link for a risk free trial (simply providing card details for the p&p) and was charged the full price. I wasn't even aware of this, until subsequently they sent more (unwanted) product in April and charged nearly £200 for a moisturiser and eye cream claiming I have signed up to a 'monthly shipment'. Looking back the bank reports they charged nearly the same in March. Do not on any account take up a free trial with them, it is anything but, and they make it very difficult to return the goods.
