I ordered several patterns and still haven't received them or been able to contact the company. I placed my order on 3/1/15, received a receipt of payment, and 10 days later, I still haven't received any of the products I ordered. When I called the company, it goes directly to a voicemail and no one has returned my call. When I email the company, I receive an automatic email that states "We have received your support issue and it will be addressed on or before the next business day" from [email protected] but I haven't hard anything, 2 days later.
