I did receive the product but there was no invoice or information of continued shipping or billing. I had an allergic reaction to the product and called to cancel and get a credit. I was told that they could not issue credits on the account but they could close the account. After a very long time on the phone they did issue a credit for the product but I was billed the very the very next day for more product. I called again and talked to a supervisor. I told him I had an allergic reaction and would gladly return the other shipment but he told me to keep the product and they would NOT credit my account.
