I found out that money was taken out of my account. I new that I was to call them within 14 days after I received the product. I did call and was told I would be taken off the auto future shipments. I never once was told that I was to return the product after trail time!! When I discovered the charges on my account, I called the company. I spoke with a man who was just plain rude. I told him that I called before the trail time was up and that the guy I talked to NEVER told me to return the Wrinkless cream!! This man told me that the guy that I talked to DID NOT HAVE TO TELL ME ABOUT RETURNING THE TWO JARS!! He was such an ass and told me "well, you should know better!" I called my bank again and she called this company and we did a conference 3-way called. It was the same guy that was an ass to me. When she talked to him, you could tell by his tone that wasn't happy. He said to her and me what I had to do (return the jars along with the order form that was in the box) I never had anything in the box except for the jars of cream. When they receive the jars back, they would refund the money--which would take up to 60 days!! After the 3-way call ended, my bank is going to report them and sign the paperwork for the bank to fight this!! THIS WHOLE MESS WOULD SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEN IF THEY WERE JUST HONIEST IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Package was sent back today--let's see if they keep their words this time!!
