I received an sms from number '00000000000' Feb 3rd @ 23:47
"FreeMsg: you've paid £30.00 for 5 Entries from CoMob (visited at 11:30pm) HELP? 02035405938, [email protected] View again at http://ip-7.com/blzr3"
I was asleep at the time, I didn't request any premium services.
I contacted the number and it was an automated line, I left three messages and sent an email,
I then opened a claim on http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/ (a part of OfCom) and they are handling my claim.
They needed screenshots of the sms messages and a copy of my bill with the charges showing.
I am waiting for the outcome of my claim.
