I recieved an email saying that i may be approved for a loan of 5000.00 and that they needed some additional information, so I complied.I have been applying for loans on the internet to allow me to pay off my debts as they were getting out of control,so they just came along at the right time it seems.After giving them a little more info they told me I was approved and I jumped for joy,but then they said that i needed some sort of collateral and did i have a pink slip of a car,year 2005 or better and i told them no,then he said the only way I could recieve the loan I would have to have a cash collateral of 6 months payment and that would move my first payment on the loan to April.My flags went up so I then decided to run a check on them and Mr. Gramm F Cole who was the person who contacted me via Phone/internet.Intervest come up clean.They had investment firms and seemed to be very prominent,and each time i called they were very professional,total office hookup with extention ect.so I went for it.I took my bill money(800.00)and sent it to somebody in Murcia,Spain via Western Union named Sunday Ukafia.It cost me 64.00 to send it and I was told that I would recieve the loan in my bank in 24 hrs,but it never came.The manager called me two days later saying that I needed an additional 6 months payment or my loan would be rejected due to clause #9 that says I can be reassesed after the approval, after they already have my money of course,and when I didnt agree and told them I wanted my money back,he told me I couldnt get it back until the 24th of Oct.I told him I needed it back now and that Ihad to pay my bills,he talked really bad to me so i hung up.After that they would not answer my phone calls.As of today I have not recieved my money back yet and dont know what to do
